Should you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact our Customer Service team at immediately. Please email us a photo of the product you received.


Q. Can I alter my item?

In case you ordered the wrong size or the product doesn't fit you, we can offer to alter it without a charge. However you will have to bear shipping charges. Please contact us at  for further assistance

Cancellation & Refund Policy

You may cancel an order within 24 hours after placing it. No cancellations beyond 24 hours will be entertained barring extenuating circumstances (i.e. National Holiday). Any accepted cancellation beyond 24 hours will be exclusively at the discretion of’s.

A cancelled order will result in a credit to the users credit card/account. Refunds will be processed in a form of credit to their Credit Card / Net Banking / Debit Card Account within 7 business days.


All alterations have a minimum lead-time of 12 - 20 days depending on the extent of alteration required.’s takes 4 days to confirm the alteration after receiving a request. An alteration request is considered confirmed only when’s approves it.
